Arlene Adamson

Arlene Adamson is a Chartered Housing Professional with the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada. Her leadership in various non-profit organizations spans more than 25 years.

She is a passionate champion for the essential needs of seniors and the strength of the senior-serving sector. Arlene is committed to ensuring Silvera remains innovative and residents have the secure housing and support they need to live their best lives.

Arlene has a proven track record in business and finance. She ensures the prudent stewardship of investment in Silvera and fosters bold, strategic planning to meet the rising demand for seniors’ communities in Calgary.

Under her leadership, Silvera has strengthened relationships with the Government of Alberta, The City of Calgary and many community partners.

Arlene is the former president of ASCHA (Alberta Seniors and Community Housing Association), where she served a three-year term advocating for the housing and service needs for all Albertans.
