Silvera offers a wide range of housing for independent older adults. Since 1962, we’ve served Calgary as a charitable, social enterprise reinvesting the dollars we earn into resident programs and services, employee development, and the maintenance and operations of our properties.

Across 36 buildings, Silvera operates more than 2,300 housing units, serving Calgarians with diverse income levels and connecting residents with community-based healthcare through innovative partnerships.

SILVERA FOR SENIORS | Independent and supportive living communities for low-income older adults. We are the only operator of Alberta’s Seniors Lodge Program, which offers supportive living to 775 older adults.
