Several of our communities offer additional
services to meet the lifestyle needs of residents.

All independent living locations have access to Resident Support Coordinators to help them connect with additional community-based supports as their needs change over time.

Silvera offers internet, TV and landline phone service as optional additional services. Most locations also offer parking for a monthly fee (limited availability).

In select communities, additional dining services, housekeeping, and Life, Learning and Leisure programs can also be purchased.

Affordable Housing

In partnership with all levels of government Silvera offers several affordable independent living options for those that qualify.  To qualify older adults must submit certain documentation, including verification that their annual income falls below a certain threshold.
